Hi team, I have one scenario after placing Request I will generate one SCTASK for deployment for software installation If user not taking any action on SC task after 5 working days the state should be set as closed-incomplete of that task for that i used the flow designer as below but it's not working as expected. for testing purpose i given time for 20 minutes.
as per the flow after creating task deployment task at action no 93 it's waiting for 20 minutes and checking the state of SCTASK is closed Complete. if it's complete it's closing the RITM after 20 minutes if state is not as close complete with in 20 minutes i have to make it as close incomplete how could we achieve.
if task is closed on 10th minute i don't want to wait rest of the 10 minutes if nothing action is taken with in 20 minutes after 20th minute i have to make sctask state as closed incomplete

Please mark a wait for 20 minutes timer and then check if the task is closed or not if yes close the RITM if nor close complete the RITM the flow ill look like below:-
