Update parent record activity when task fields are updated

How can I update parent record activity when related task fields change? I have the updates captured in Activity on the task record. I want to update the parent with these updates as well. I am trying to do this using BR but not sure how to update the audit log on the parent. Any ideas?

Hi @samadam Which activity field are you trying to update on parent record? worknotes field or additional comments field?

I want it added to the activity log, Do I have to add to one of these fields to be added to audit log? or is there a way to update audit log..

Worknotes and Additional comments are shown in the activity log , you can update the work notes on the parent record and it will be shown on the parent record in the activity log. 

Also can you post your script so that we can help accordingly
