Update Public Key Issue with Midserver.

Hi All,

I need help in midserver issue.

the midserver we are using got the got 2issues "Update Public Key" and "Couldn't Launch Upgrade Process"

can anyone suggest me how to resolve this issues and what is the cause of this issue.

I am attaching the Screenshot of issue for reference.

ROOT CAUSE: As part of the upgrade process, the MID Server needs to remove and replace certain files. If for some reason one of those files cannot be deleted, the MID Server upgrade fails.
