Update Script in Production without Change ticket

Hi, Team is executing an update script in Production for business request via Jira ticket (jira which is not acceptable). We are receiving the handover on app and work, and this came to our attention per policy which we need normal change but team is updating since few years in Production without change ticket. Development team is investigating for solution, until then asked to update in production without change
does anyone know any alternate option to make the changes in Production database without change ticket that which not fall in violation?

I'm note sure I understand your question. Having to put in a change ticket is a policy set by your company. It has nothing to do with ServiceNow directly.
