Update set Error

I was moving my update set from DEV to TEST and it is showing me below error :

I read the Wiki article to resolve it but still not able to do it. Please help me out.

Then go tot he update set warnings, analyse the local / remote versions of the record, see who you're in conflict with, then reconcile the collision.
