Contextual search not displaying catalog items

Hi there. I have created a Search Context called 'Support 2020 Request look-up'. It uses the Knowledge and catalog Searcher. In the Resource Configuration, I have edited the Catalog Name (in catalog) with the name of the catalog I wish the search to use, in this case it is just called 'Box'. However, when I try the form out, it is only returning entries from the Knowledge Base and nothing from the catalog.

I have checked the Catalog is configured correctly and is active. It contains 4 active Catalog Items. I'm a bit stuck now - can anyone offer any advice?

Thanks

Tell me more about "I have edited the Catalog Name (in catalog) with the name of hte catalog I wish the search to use"

Are you saying you did something to the Catalog *Item* or the Catalog record itself, or the Search Resource within the Searcher?

Hi. So, if I go to Search Contexts > Support 2020 Request look-up > Resource Configuration tab > catalog > Catalog Name > in here I have entered the name of the Catalog I wish to restrict the search to (as per the instructions in the Description)

Ok, so in the value of the Search Resource Context Property ?

Have you tried leaving it null to see if the Catalog Items appear then?

Yep. In the Value field, I entered 'Box' which is the name of the catalog.

When I leave it blank I get strange results. When I enter text into the field I'm using for the contextual search, it does return some Catalog Items, however the results don't seem consistent. For example, if I just enter the word 'box' it only finds one Catalog Item called 'New Accounts'. In the Description text of that item is the word 'Box' somewhere, so it appears to be doing a simple word search. However, the actual Catalog Items I am trying to find also have the word 'box' in them so it's not clear why this is happening.
