Update set status is 'Partial committed' but in progress worker its still running

While committing an Update set - the status is stuck in 'Committing' for more than few hours. Now its showing partial committed but in the Progress worker the status is still 'running' which is making the Instance very slow. Any suggestion on how to troubleshoot this issue ?

Partially Committed means user hit 'cancel' during update set commit .

You should be able to click "Commit update set" again and apply it.
