Hello:
We are using PDIs both for training and to experiment and test things away from our purchased instances. We recently found the 2 instances we use going through a reset process (initiated by ServiceNow), and after seemed to finish successfully I am attempting to apply some update set XML files we se to get the environment back to some base set-up for our needs. However, I am not being successful - I navigate to "Retrieved Update Sets", I choose "Import Update Set from XML" and I navigate to the directory the xml files are in with no issue. However, when I select a file and tell ServiceNow to do the upload - no error message is shown but it returns to the Retrieved Update Sets UI and the update set I just told it to upload is not there. I have tried this with multiple files and keep getting the same experience. And, I see no errors in the ServiceNow logs. Any help or suggestions?

It may be that there is some "corruption" in the XML file. Can you import the same file in a dev/test instance? Easy to test, and it can be deleted after import.
I had no problems the last time my PDI was reset.

We have tried to upload it to 3 different PDI instances - always the same result - no error messages but no success. I will try a simple test of a new update set.

Looks like the files we are using are odd - not sure why but will research that further - thank you.
