Update versions missing on records in test instance

Hi all,
We are building one custom app and I am using AES to migrate code from dev to QA .
Our app mostly consists of records producers and email client templates.
I have noticed one strange thing recently
After moving the latest version to QA, I found changes are not getting applied on anything
For eg. Client script,BR, email templates
On all of these I can see update versions empty in related list.
Everything is working fine in dev, I am not sure what happened to versions in QA
Anyone has faced similar issue with custom apps before?

Do you only miss the versions in the target instance? If so, that may be a normal behavior based on the settings of the app itself. Maybe someone converted the app to Application Repository Mode in QA, in order to enforce a proper deployment chain?
