Hello Experts,
I want to update worknotes on the incident form.i have tried one approach which is I have copied the sys id of that incident record and in sys_journal_field as per sys id I am getting worknotes. from the list of worknotes I am manually updating work notes bu changes are not getting reflected on the incident form for a worknotes field. please guide me thank you.
