Hi guys,
Updated by "System" is available in list view but in history list in incident no records that the system updated the incident records. Please help to know the issue

Hi Markoy,
See if you have Activity Monitor(s) in place.
OOTB, there is one for Active P1 Incident.
This is updating these records daily and it is not recorded in the Activity Log.
If you don't need these activity monitors, disable them in deleting them or modifying the criteria for impossible ones.
