hi all
we have a self hosted vancouver instance that we try to upgrade to washingtonDc, we have completed all the steps perfectly but the upgrade does not start and does not reflect on the upgarde monitor
has someone met this issue?
what can we do to solve it?

As your instance is self-hosted better log a Now Support case.
@Ankur Bawiskar I think there is nothing called an HI ticket now, it has been changed to Now Support.
