Upgraded to Xanadu and now API failing regularly

I just upgraded to Xanadu instance over night and I'm continually having issues with my PDI.
Every few minutes it claiming it's offline and i have to refresh it, and when I try to access the API its constantly giving me connection refused.
Any insight if this might resolve itself or what I can do?

With doing API calls into ServiceNow and we're getting connection refused regularly.
Also the developer page is saying my instance is offline every few min
so I think there is an issue with my instance but not sure what to do.

Refresh and it wakes up, and works for a second, then we get an email stating

I have upgraded to Xanadu patch 2 and the issues went away.
