Upload a single attachment to multiple records from a list view

Just wondering if there is any OOTB or easy way to add an option to upload attachment on the  selected records on list view of a particular table

There is no OOB way to do it I'm afraid. 

It has to be done on records individually.

Considering building a Custom UI Action will it work , invoking saveattachement function ,
