Uploaded Encrypted Files into ServiceNow

Good morning, everyone,

I have agents in workspace that are trying upload encrypted files into ServiceNow but its throwing an error message when they do. I did check the attachments system property and the file extension has been added but its still throwing an error.

Is it possible to upload encrypted files into ServiceNow?

1. Does ServiceNow allow agents in either the Source-to-Pay or HR workspaces to upload encrypted documents?
