UR Additional comments displayed as HTML

Has anyone else run into the issue of when an Additional comment is added to a Universal Request and a child Incident or HR Case is created, the Additional comment is copied from the Universal Request to the child ticket and the system replaces it with HTML coding in the Employee Center and backend view?

 

If so, has anything been done to correct this issue?

I am seeing this same behavior.  Just came here looking for answers.  Did you find a resolution to this?
