Hi All,
I have a user (test.user) he is having only snc_internal Role but when I push him as a approval for catalog item approval is triggering perfectly. But the problem is he is able to see the approval tab on Service portal which is not possibel as he is not having approval role.
How to debug

I guess you need to check read ACL on Approval table.
check for the role or any script
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."

Hi @Mark Manders ,
I tried in PDI for one of the catalog item I have added abel tutor as a Approver and he is not having approval role so I check the service portal he is not having the tab called approver.
But when I add approver role he is getting the tab.
And that's the Problem

Than your instance has customization to enable this behavior. You need to look at the changes to the portal and revert those. Still not sure about the problem, since you want an approver to see his approvals.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
