Urgent!! HTML tags are shown in email notification

Hello Developers

While retrieving the Description data from an HR case, HTML tags are also being displayed. I’m attaching images for your reference.

Could someone please help me with this?

This way you will be able to see the HTML source Code then try to modify from there.

Make the appropriate changes and then your issue will be resolved.

Try removing the complete content save the record and then put the data back into the template.(No need to go at source code level do it on template message field)

Also try to look if you have anything on the notification level, message part should be empty.-
