- ALL Notifications OOB activated 

- Survey conditions exits

- Users with emails exists

- All configs fine

Hi @Jaiti Mohammed 

 

  • If the survey is in a draft state, it will not send notifications. Ensure it is marked as Published and Active.
  • Open the survey record and ensure the Send Notification field is checked
