URGENT - Instance offline, facing 502 Bad gateway - Your PDI: dev398198

Dear Team,

I have a very important meeting later today, where I need to present my developer instance of Service Now that has all my worked stored in it. It was working just a few hours ago but now it says offline. IF I refresh, it starts refreshing but thern goes offline. If I use a direct link I get the 502 Bad gateway.

Is there some maintenance happening?

Please can you bring my instance back online? I need to urgently finish my work there. DO NOT release it as I have all my information stored there.

They never used to be unreliable and I wouldn't expect to loose access to a PDI that was only created a few days ago after loosing my previous one.

The thing is I have backed it up as xml update set. I have now requsted a new instance, imported the xml. However what I realzed is all my users and groups all disappeared, which also means my flow does not trigger, so all the effort I have to do again. And I have no chance to do it in a few hours. Extremely frustrating and dissapointing! :((((

Hi @antonrozj 

Remember that PDIs are a free service for learning and exploring. The PDI is an unmanaged service, hence your left with either wait or release and request a fresh installation.
