URGENT!!! When i click on My issues in portal, it should open My issues in instance.

In below picture if i click on my issues; i should be redirected to instance and open "My open issues" under Policy and compliance.

If i open "my open issue", this is in url i would get and if i paste this URL Field, this would work fine for me but not for others
