Use case of Responsibility Access Configurations and Account Team Members under Responsibility.

Hi All,
We are currently implemented Contact relationship for an account and when we create a contact relationship it works as expected as the contact gets access to create and update case from CSM portal. But what is the use case of "Responsibility Access Configurations" and "Account Team Members" under Responsibility and what does it do?

There you can define the users from your company that have some responsibility towards that account. Let's say you have someone responsible for the delivery towards your client, you can add them there. You grant them access to cases to be informed and I recently created notifications for escalations at a client, for these responsible users. So they can be used for that as well.
