Changing the spelling of favorite to Favourite when adding a knowledge article or catalogue item

When I save a knowledge article or a catalogue item as a favourite from the Service Portal, I notice that the spelling of the hover text is American and not British:

I'm wanting the hover text to be updated from Favorite to Favourite. I was just wondering if somebody knows where I need to go to make the change.

Functionality related to favorite icon is from OOB 'ec_favorite' widget. If we want to modify this as per your business needs, then cloning and customizing this widget is necessary.
