As a ServiceNow Trainer and BPC, I’m happy to share my thoughts on this. ITSM is the foundation for any industry or customer. Some real-time examples include incidents where users are facing issues with laptops or service degradation, problems where the root cause is unknown, or situations where there’s a new defect in production, which would fall under change management.
