Hi I am working in Automation Test Frame work . Request someone to help me let me know how to open an existing incident in service portal via ATF.
Actual scenario is I need to automate an entire work flow of creating an incident till closing it. I am stuck in updating the incident in service portal as an end user as I am not able to open the incident in Service portal via ATF.
Request to kindly help

If I correctly understand the problem, you can use "Open a Form (SP)" step (found in "Forms in Service Portal"). It allows to open incident as form. Other tests from "Forms in Service Portal" category ("Set Field Values (SP)", "Click a UI Action (SP)", "Submit a Form (SP)" etc) allow to work with the form and so make changes in the incident.
