Hi all,
I’m facing an issue with HR Case visibility in ServiceNow.
Scenario: A user is able to see Total Enquiry HR Cases only when the Assignment Group is set to xxx Assignment group . When the assignment group is changed to any other group, the user is no longer able to see the case.
What I checked:
COE Security Policy
HR Criteria
It seems like the visibility is somehow tied to the assignment group, but I’m not sure exactly where the restriction is coming from.

Have you checked the list gorups, roles and skills the user record is assigned with?

Hi @Abishek1998 ,
Check the following:
- Double-checking ACLs on the table
- Reviewing HR Criteria / COE Security Policy scripts
- Look for any Query BRs filtering by assignment group
- Check Reference qualifier on Assignment group field and see if its calling any Script Include.
