User Can't Save a Report

We are on Istanbul, patch6

I have a user that is able to get into reports, create and modify reports, but is unable to save or insert any report he creates or modifies.

The save button is available for selection and Insert and Insert and Stay are available.   When you click on them, ServiceNow seems to accept the input.   However, the report appears no where in any report list and the search does not show the report either.

Here is a list of the roles assigned to this user.

Hi Robin,



OOB, all saved reports will be saved as favorites.


Please ask user to navigate to favorites and see all his saved reports.

Check in all reports that user have created any report or not. Reports-->>Administration -->All

Thanks.   Somehow he had set to only see favourite reports and the new reports he was creating were not showing up.   Once he removed the favourite filter, all his reports showed up for him.

I am having this same issue. Create a Report, Save it, it appears to Save, but then I can't find it anywhere. I have looked in my Favorites and it does not appear there. I have created multiple reports before and they have all appeared in my Favorites.

We are currently running Jakarta.
