In managing work exit processes, I need to find where a user's account is used throughout the platform. Assignment groups, approvals, dashboard owners. Is there a way to define a report that can capture where an entry is used?

Hi @Erik Irani ,
I don't think that there is a simple place, as data consist in many tables all referenced back to the user itself. Based on this, I would recommend that you create a dashboard with single reports for the single tables, and afterwards creates an interactive filter by the sys_user to make it simple going forward.

Hi @Erik Irani
I dont think you would get proper way to check this because as data consist in many tables all references to user table.
but few information you can get by searching user accounts in Global search in ServiceNow.
