User getting "Permission denied" error on some of his reports

Has anyone seen this error message before when trying update/delete a report that you created?

I have a user who is receiving this error message on four reports that he created, when he tries to update/save/delete the report. When he clicks on update/save/delete it redirects him to a new report with the "Permission denied" error above, however, he is able to update/save/delete many other of his reports just fine. I've checked all the ACLs, just in case, and he has all the appropriate roles to perform these actions on his own reports. He is able to 'insert and stay' on these reports and then can update/save/delete those, which is a viable solution to the problem but I am curious why he'd be denied access to update reports he created.

Does the name of any of the tables start with "sys_"? I've noticed these tables get filtered out of the Report Sources "Table" field, for some reason.

Are any of the tables in a different scope?

When you checked ACL's, did you check for an ACL where the "Operation" is "report_on"? The "read" permission is not enough!

You need to look at the "glide.ui.permitted_tables" system property.
