Hi Experts,

I am wondering if user having admin role but don't have sn_si.admin role still be able to see the response task details like number, assigned to and in the related list user is able to see Task SLA(editable),CI(editable),Affected user, security sibling tasks.

is this expected behavior and how can we hide from the user don't have sn_si.admin role.

kindly suggest.

Thanks!!

Hi @Jaydeee

It is expected behaviour.

To work in SI record, as user must have relevant roles associated with SI module.

The prime reason to have this

- Separate the duties of System Admin and Security Admin ( I learn this from SIR training)

Now the user having admin role but not having sn_si.admin role is able to see response task details like number, assigned to and in the related list user is able to see Task SLA(editable),CI(editable),Affected user, security sibling tasks. I am not sure whether this is an issue or an expected behaviour.
If this is expected then how can we hide it.
