Hi All,
I have an user whose account is active in Active Directory but showing inactive in ServiceNow. How we can re-activate user in ServiceNow. If I delete the user from ServiceNow and refresh the data , will it pull the activated account? Please suggest.
Regards,
Jitendra Singh

If you have LDAP configured to bring in your accounts from AD, deleting it will re-import it on your next scheduled run. The problem there is it will orphan anything tied to the deleted account. You are better off just going in and manually setting the user account to active and removing the lock out status if it's there

It is a check box on the user record that's probably only visible to an admin if at all. When accounts are set to inactive, they are also locked out from logging in so if you do set the account to active, it won't guarantee they'll be able to log in. That's why I mentioned the lock out
