A User is getting the error "Security constraints prevent access to requested page" when clicking on View/Run Reports. But when I impersonate her, I am not getting this error????
What would be the difference between her clicking on this link and me impersonating her and clicking on the link?
The user has itil and snc_internal roles. I deleted her user account by mistake and then undeleted it through the Deleted Records table. I added her roles and groups back, but she is now having this problem that I cannot recreate.
any ideas?

Ask the user to logout and login to the instance.

I had her close out the browser and get back in again, but no luck. I'll have her officially log out. Also, this is in our DEV instance, she's fine in our TEST instance, same exact roles.

making her actually click the logout (instead of just closing and opening her browser) seemed to work! Thanks!

You have deleted the user account alone or related roles as well. If you undeleted related roles, my suggestion is to manually provide the role to the user by adding the user to the necessary group or roles. Could you please try this
