User is not able to see data of some columns in Report.

User is not able to see data of some columns in Report. 

In Report dot walked fields data is not visible but user is able to see those column data when open as form.

See below where I impersonated.

What can be the root cause behind this as user was able to see previously facing this issue recently. User have required roles also as there no issue while opening from list view.

Could think that this is maybe due to the query range enforced ACL by ServiceNow.

check if there is any report_view ACL on those dot walked fields and ensure the role given there is added to your user
