User is seeing Related List but not showing as list of tabs

The user is seeing the related list in security incident but not as tabs. They are located below the other related list. But I can see them as tabs. How do I resolve this?

They are actually form sections which appear as tabs.

The user might have disabled tabbed forms.

They can go to preferences from their profile, then go to display settings to enable tabbed forms.

Can you please share the screenshot of what you are getting and what other users are getting?

 

Generally, to configure related lists, On the Security incident form, right click on form header and go to configure -> related lists.

May be user is in different view, check their view and compare. Let me know if it is a different issue.
