User is Unable to add List columns to the table - sn_customerservice_task

Hello, User was unable to add list columns to this table - sn_customerservice_task. as admin if added the default column. Can someone help here. if I don't added default columns again user able to add list columns. i see issue with only this table sn_customerservice_task any idea...?
