Hi everyone, how are you?!

I'm trying to access my PDI, but when I click on the "Start Building" button I am directed to a page that says: User name or password invalid. To reset your administrator password click here. Note that this is different from the credentials used to log in to the developer's website (attached1)

However, when I enter the Username: admin and my Password it does not work (attached2)

And when I click on "Forgot My Password" I don't receive an email. (attached3)

Do you have a support email so I can request support?

Can anybody help me, please?

Hi @Elton2 ,

U can go to the page where u are getting the start building button. There on top right corner u will see ur profile. Click on it there u will have option to Manage Instance password. Reset the password from there.

I Am having the same problem and I have changed the instance passwd as suggested by Danish. Still cant login.
