User not able to see all field values in the form view

Hi there,

I am facing an issue. Suppose there are 2 users. User 1 and User 2. User 1 has access to everything. He can see all the field values in the list view as well as the form view. But for User 2, the issue is, for a table, he is not able to see the values of some fields in the list view. But when he opens up the record, the values are visible in the form view.

I have gone through multiple community posts on the same, what I could find is, we have to check for the read ACL and whether the role the user is having is in the ACL or not.

But my problem is, the user is assigned with more than 50 roles. Same goes with the read ACLs of that table. More than 50 roles are there. If I start matching each role, it will be very time consuming. Is there any better way to do the same?

How can I make all the field values visible to the user in the list view.

Hi If the fields are visible on form view and not visible on list view. Did you check the user's list view fields? whether the field is added to the list layout?If yes not visible there?
