Kindly suggest on below points:
Similar to "Assign to me" OOB button
1. I have to implement a "Assign to" button on agent workspace so user can select bulk incidents in list and assign it to different person. (Would that be possible?)
2. Another is to create a "Assign to assignment group" so that it will get assigned to users assignment group , But if user is part of more than 1 assignment group ,would that be possible?
