Hi Team,

I need to send notification to user, when user changes the password on below form.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG

That makes perfect sense; if the user is changing their password, they already know. Sending an email informing them that they changed their password themselves is redundant.

Excellent point.

Best regards, Brandão.

May be it's a confirmation for the user that they have successfully changed their password and a note that the have to use the new password

what's the business requirement @manju12 ?

Hi @Chaitanya ILCR

If the password is changed, the user will be able to log in; otherwise, they won’t. This is the out-of-the-box (OOTB) behavior in ServiceNow.
