User table Company field not populating for all users

Good morning, Team.
We have found that the Company field in random user records is not getting populated from the Azure sync. We even found where two new AD accounts were created by the same tech on the same day/time with the Company field populated, but only one populated successfully in the ServiceNow user table.
There has not been any change on the SN Idp settings for AzureAD, mappings, etc. I looked at logs, but could not locate info related to why this issue is happening.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

@joymorales , This could happen if the specific company value is not available in the company table in ServiceNow as AzureAD sync would expect the reference field to have the referenced record already available in the referenced table.
