User Unable to export the Excel-Showing blank page when clicks download

One of the user is not able to Export lists to Excel in incident form. When he right clicks and selects Export -> Excel he gets the message

When he clicks on Download, he gets a blank page and nothing happens.This issue is affecting only for one user in the domain where others can able to export.

I think I've seen this issue before. Have you tried different browsers? If I remember correct, I think it was browser specific. Not sure thou.

Yes you said i have tried in other browsers too but doesn't work,same issue with other browsers.


I'll see if I can get hold of some old colleagues from my former work and see if they remember.
