User Unable to export the Excel-Showing blank page when clicks download

One of the user is not able to Export lists to Excel in incident form. When he right clicks and selects Export -> Excel he gets the message

When he clicks on Download, he gets a blank page and nothing happens.This issue is affecting only for one user in the domain where others can able to export.

Even if the User Id is more than 40 characters, download does not happen.

 

There is KB for this in service now.
