I have a catalog item request with a workflow process associated with it.
After the request is approved, it sends a notification and creates a catalog task that is assigned to a Group.
However, none of the users listed in the group are able to see the catalog task assigned to them under Catalog Task tab of the request item.
Can't seem to figure out where the issue is.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

So looks like the user don't have READ access to the table. Can you please review READ ACL's on the table and ensure the right roles are assigned to the user.

Hello Amol,
Login as admin and impersonate the user and type in navigation filter sc_task. Please share the screenshot on what you see on that page.

If you see the message "Number of rows removed from this list by Security constraints: XX" then the issue is related to ACL's and if you don't see this then there might be a BEFORE query business rule on your instance which might be restricting the access to the user.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
