User with 'snc_external' role not able to access pdf templates

Hi,

The user with 'snc_external' role is not able to access pdf template in portal.

 

I have tried creating a new role added new ACLs for the role. But still the user is not able to access the pdf template on the portal. Can anyone help me with this?

 

User with admin role:

definitely it's an ACL issue.

they should have access to sys_attachment table as well.

Did you use access analyzer and see?

You can also Debug Security Rules and see which ACL is blocking.

Yes, created ACL to sys_attachment table as well but still facing the issue
