User without itil role should be able to manage lifecycle of problem and problem task.

How to achieve this.

There are specific problem management roles, assuming you're on the latest version of problem management

Hi @Kieran Anson ,

 

Problem coordinator role itself contains itil role so dont want to give that role, after removing itil role few functionalities are not working as expected.

What is the intended outcome, are you wanting a user to have access to no other functionality other than problem? If the reason is to negate the need for an itil license (e.g ITSM Standard/Pro) then this isn't possible. The action will still be considered licensable
