Users are getting sign in box in portal even after signing in using their credentials

Hi all, some users are getting sign in box even after they’ve signed in using their credentials. They had to click cancel button to get into the page. We have checked with the SSO (single sign on) team and no issues on their end. Not sure why this is happening to some of the users. Please advice.
