Users are not able to see the relationships on a ci record

Hi All, 

User's are not able to see the existing relationships on a CI record and they have read access to cmdb_rel_ci table. Could anyone please let me know where i've to fix this issue.

Hi,

Can you please check if there are valid CI relations available for your CI and also make sure the CI Relations macro is added on the CI form layout of yours so the relationships get displayed.

CI Relations already added on the form layout and also as an admin i can see the existing relationships on CI form.

Are users able to read data from the cmdb_ci_rel table at the backend?

If not, can you enable debug security on your instance, impersonate as user and see if there are any acls blocking access.
