Users cannot access Standard Change

I can access the Standard Change but no other user can.

Hi velvet,

Users with the 'itil' role should be able to do this. Perform the following checks: 

1. Check the user you are trying this with has the 'itil' role. If they don't that's your answer. If they do follow step 2

2. Can you check any create/write ACL on change_request table. You can use debug security to help determine if this is an ACL permission issue. As you can access it and other users can't (presume you are an admin?) ACLs are the likely cause as you will have Admin overrides on them usually.

Determine access to standard change templates at the user level

Standard change templates are logically grouped under specific categories. These categories are displayed to users based on user criteria such as user role, geographical location, and department.

Note: Might be it's an access issue. check i believe it should work

From Navigation go to Maintain Categories and select standard changes and check whether it is active or not.

 

If it is not active click on active. It will work
