Users not able to see RITM and Task

i Have created a catalog item, Which is accessable for only 2 users [ Available For ].

Now both the users can see the request which was raised but cannot see the RITM and task.

Both Users are not able to see RITM and task, Can you please suggest what to do here

Hi,

which role they are having?

Possible table level READ ACL on sc_req_item and sc_task is restricting that

i have checked their role, They dont have any.. its blank. 

i think i need to check the SP widget .... other users are able to see them
