users are not receiving email when there part of incident work note list. where we can check?

Hi @swathi361 ,
1. Check Users have "Notification" enable (on the profile) and Users have "Notification Preferences" active
2. check event logs if event has been triggered for ex: incident
3.check the email is created and sent in email logs as well
and check filter from the outbound mail has the filter matching all conditions.
